• The north is characterized by mountains, oak and pine forests, and green landscapes.
• The Peneda-Geres National Park in the northwest is the country's largest nature reserve and home to mountains, waterfalls, and wildlife.
• The center is less mountainous than the north. The Douro Valley is known for its vineyards and has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
• The south is rather dry and subtropical with cork oak forests, which play an important role in biodiversity.
• The Algarve is renowned for its sandy beaches, rock formations, and steep cliffs. And, of course, we also want to take a look at the west coast.

850 kilometers along the Atlantic coast—rugged cliffs and incredibly long beaches where there is simply no one around.

And yes - some of the routes in the hinterland are really challenging.
Our route takes us through dusty roads, cobblestones, natural trails, and really challenging off-road trails.p>

Accommodation is provided in hotels typical of the country.

This tour includes 8 nights' accommodation with breakfast.
We serve lunch on the trail and have dinner together at our accommodations.

The travel dates are set so that everyone has sufficient time for arrival and departure. The first and last days are reserved for individual arrival and departure.
